How long are the shoots?
Depending on the type of photoshoot you'd be looking at 30 minutes to an hour.
How many photos will I get?
There's no limit to the number of photos you'll receive. It could be as few as 15 or as many as 100! You’ll always receive the best images from your session, plain and simple. I believe every meaningful moment deserves to be shared, and not limiting galleries is one of the ways I set myself apart and provide extra value to my clients.
Please note: RAW and unedited images are not provided.
How and when do I get my gallery?
I will send you a download link in your email or via text. This will allow you to download full resolution images should you want to get them printed. You will receive them in 7-10 days (on average). Any sooner can be discussed and arranged.
Location?
I am based out of Calgary however I am willing to travel up to 100km outside Calgary city limits at an additional rate of $0.70/km. Any further can be discussed. Visit locations page for some ideas!
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your session and lock in the date.
What if the weather changes?
Calgary is famous for its unpredictable weather, and I’m happy to work in almost any conditions if you are! I will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled session to make the final call before meeting at the location. If the weather isn’t suitable, your deposit will be kept on file and applied toward a rescheduled date with more favorable conditions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Because your date is reserved just for you, deposits are non-refundable. If your plans change, I’m happy to reschedule your session based on availability. * 48 hours notice is required.
What's your editing style?
My editing style is natural and warm with a subtle vintage touch. However, if you have a different vision, I’m always happy to accommodate. Everyone has their own unique vibe and style.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of your gallery.
Can you edit out my scars?
I keep my images authentic and true to life. Scars, birthmarks, and other permanent features are part of your story, and I approach editing with that in mind. I have scars of my own, so this is something I feel strongly about. If you would prefer specific blemishes or scars to be edited or removed, I’m happy to accommodate that request for an additional $100 retouching fee.
Do you post our photos on social media?
I truly appreciate the opportunity to share your story through my work, whether on social media or in my portfolio. It helps me grow as a photographer and connect with future clients. That said, I will never post or share your images without your clear consent.
What is a Lifestyle photoshoot?
A lifestyle photoshoot captures natural, authentic moments and genuine connection in meaningful places like your home, a coffee shop, a library, or any location that reflects your story.
Do you have a Studio?
Studio sessions require advance booking due to third-party rental availability, and last-minute requests cannot always be accommodated. Sessions booked with less than 3 weeks’ notice are considered rush bookings and are subject to availability and approval.
Studio sessions also include an additional $50 fee to cover rental costs.
